AI Usage Policy

An AI usage policy sets the rules for how generative tools are used on your site: who is allowed to draft with them, what has to be disclosed, and what must be reviewed before it ships. It exists so that "we used AI for that" is a decision someone made on purpose, not something that happened without review.

It's a close relative of digital policy, applied to AI specifically. A good one names the human-in-the-loop review steps and says when AI disclosure is required.
