Human-in-the-Loop

Human-in-the-loop means a person stays responsible for reviewing and approving what an AI tool produces, rather than letting it publish straight to the site. In this process, while the AI drafts or suggests, human is always present to check, edit, and sign off.

This is the safeguard that keeps AI useful without making it the final authority. It fits naturally into an existing workflow, where an editor already reviews content before it goes out. Deciding where these review gates sit is part of an AI usage policy.
