Message Architecture
A message architecture, as popularized by Margot Bloomstein, is a hierarchy of communication goals that reflects a common vocabulary. A message architecture is focused on the attributes of a message. For example, we hope the message architecture of The Web Project Guide is:
- Confident: With a level of experience and knowledge; researched without being academic
- Approachable: Accessible to those without a deep knowledge of the web industry
- Understanding: Written without judgment; aware of complicated concepts and trivialities
