General Services Agreement

A document which describes the legal parameters around a vendor relationship. The general services agreement (GSA) is normally global to the life of the relationship, while each project is governed by a separate statement of work.

A GSA is sometimes called a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or a Master Vendor Agreement.
