Content Tree

The aggregation of content in a hierarchical tree.

Each content object in the tree has a parent (except, of course, for the object at the base of the tree – the “root” object), zero or more siblings, and zero or more children. The tree can be used to represent relationships between content objects.

A content tree is very commonly the core content geography of a CMS.
