Content Glut
Content glut is what happens when producing content gets so cheap, often through AI drafting, that a site fills up with material nobody really needed. It's the modern version of ROT: redundant, outdated, or trivial pages, just arriving faster than before.
More content is not the same as better content. A glut buries the useful pages, gives readers and search engines more to wade through, and adds to what you have to maintain. A regular content audit is how you keep it in check.
