Backlog
A backlog is the ongoing list of work a team hasn't gotten to yet, which includes current bugs to fix, new features, and improvements.
A website is never truly finished, and the backlog is where the tasks live until they are ready to move forward. After launch, the backlog fills up with quality assurance issues, wish-list items that were cut to meet the launch date, and new ideas that surface once real people start using the site. A backlog works best when someone regularly reviews it, sorts it through triage, and selects the most important items into the next sprint.
